All fitness levels can come to this class. Focus is on running safely, building lean muscle mass improve cardiovascular fitness. Occasionally we go for longer distance running but group is advised prior to attending. Other benefits include:
- help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise
- strengthen muscles
- burn plenty of kilojoules
- help maintain a healthy weight.
